We profiled the gene expression of a cohort of 9 Hurthle cell adenomas, 17 follicular adenomas, 9 follicular thyroid carcinomas, 13 follicular variants of papillary thyroid carcinomas, 6 Hashimoto throiditis, 8 thyroid hyperplasias and 9 papillary thyroid carcinomas.
