Description
Human Oligonucleotide (60 mer)probes designed by Compugen and manufactured by Sigma-Genosys were solublized in 45% DMSO and printed onto poly-L-lysine slides. The library contains 18,861 oligos representing 17,260 unique genes. Slides were printed using a Genomic Solutions (GeneMachine) OmniGrid equipped with Telechem SMP4 Stealth Micro Spotting pins.
