Sample GSM46356 Query DataSets for GSM46356
Status Public on Dec 31, 2005
Title KYSE450oligo
Sample type RNA

Source name esophageal cancer cell line
Organism Homo sapiens
Extracted molecule total RNA

Description RNA was extracted from an esophageal cancer cell line established and given from Kyoto University. Target cRNA was prepared and hybridized to commercially available CodeLink Human 20K oligonucleotide array as manufacturers recomended. The raw image data was analyzed using CodeLink Expression Analysis ver.2.3 Software (Amersham). Data for each array was normalized using a global normalization method.
