Description

Orchiectomized male BALB/c mice (n = 4/sex/experiment) were treated with either placebo- or testosterone-containing hormone pellets for 21 days. Glands from five animals (n=10) were pooled and mRNA was isolated to provide a pooled biological replicate. Samples A, B, and C represent three separate pools of five animals each.
