The Operon version 1.1 oligonucleotide probe set (70-mers) was printed in the Massachusetts General Hospital microarray core facility using an OmniGrid 100 (GeneMachines) on CodeLink activated slides (Amersham). Oligos were printed in 150 mM sodiumphosphate pH 8.5 with 0.0005% N-lauroyl sarcosine. Oligos were coupled to the activated slides by allowing the aminolinker on the oligos to react over night in a humidity chamber. Unreacted groups on the slide surface were blocked with 150 mM glycine, 0.1 M tris, 0.1% N-lauroyl sarcosine, pH 9. Keywords = spotted, long oligonucleotide, Operon
LPS-induced and E. coli-induced gene expression in wildtype and MyD88-/- mouse macrophages
