Analysis of mature monocyte derived macrophages treated with colony stimulating factor 1 (CSF-1) in vitro for 6 hours. CSF-1 supports the proliferation and differentiation of monocytes and macrophages. Results provide insight into the effect of CSF-1 stimulation on mature monocytes.
