Summary:
Analysis of endometrial tissue collected at hysterectomy from women with symptomatic uterine fibroids who were treated orally with up to 25 mg asoprisnil once daily for 12 wks until hysterectomy. Results provide insight into the molecular basis of endometrial bleeding suppression by asoprisnil.
