Summary: Analysis of skin punch biopsies from lesional skin (involved sample) and non-lesional skin (uninvolved sample) from each psoriatic patient. Psoriasis is an immune-mediated, inflammatory and hyperproliferative disease of skin and joints. Results provide insight into the molecular basis of psoriasis.
