Biochim Biophys Acta. 2007 Sep;1767(9):1073-101. doi: 10.1016/j.bbabio.2007.06.004. Epub 2007 Jun 28.

Abstract

This review discusses the application of infrared spectroscopy to the study of proteins. The focus is on the mid-infrared spectral region and the study of protein reactions by reaction-induced infrared difference spectroscopy.
