Definition

Regional lymph node enlargement with a distinctive reactive process that is characterized by paracortical hyperplasia composed of interdigitating dendritic cells, Langerhans cells, macrophages containing melanin pigment, and small T-cells, due to chronic inflammatory skin disease. [from NCI]
