Summary
Enables GPI-linked ephrin receptor activity. Involved in several processes, including ephrin receptor signaling pathway; nervous system development; and regulation of insulin secretion involved in cellular response to glucose stimulus. Acts upstream of or within cellular response to follicle-stimulating hormone stimulus and cellular response to forskolin. Located in adherens junction and cell periphery. Is expressed in several structures, including future midbrain; genitourinary system; nervous system; sensory organ; and upper jaw. Orthologous to human EPHA5 (EPH receptor A5). Expression
Biased expression in CNS E18 (RPKM 9.2), frontal lobe adult (RPKM 7.7) and 6 other tissues See more

RefSeqs maintained independently of Annotated Genomes

These reference sequences exist independently of genome builds. Explain

These reference sequences are curated independently of the genome annotation cycle, so their versions may not match the RefSeq versions in the current genome build. Identify version mismatches by comparing the version of the RefSeq in this section to the one reported in Genomic regions, transcripts, and products above.
