Acts upstream of or within cellular response to interferon-gamma. Located in plasma membrane. Part of GAIT complex and aminoacyl-tRNA synthetase multienzyme complex. Is expressed in several structures, including alimentary system; axial skeleton; craniocervical region bone; face; and liver.
