Gain- and loss-of-function assays illustrated that LINC01354 acted as an oncogene in CRC to facilitate tumor cell proliferation, inhibited apoptosis, and promoted cell migration and invasion in an hnRNP-D/Wnt/beta-catenin-dependent manner
