Expression profiling of lymphedematous tail skin. Lymphedema is the swelling of subcutaneous tissue due to faulty lymphatic drainage. It is a common consequence of surgical and radiation treatment of certain types of cancers. Lymph vessels were surgically blocked to induce acute lymphedema.
